Discovery and planning is one of the most important steps in our NetSuite implementation process. During this phase, we’ll work with you to understand your business goals, processes, and needs. We’ll also assess your current IT infrastructure and map out a transition plan for any currently used software application that will be migrated to NetSuite post go-live.

During the BRD phase our functional NetSuite consultants will work with your department leads and subject matter experts to create a document (BRD) that will become the central plan for phases of your NetSuite implementation. This comprehensive document outlines in detail the critical tasks, steps and deliverables that will need to be achieved to bring your implementation to a successful go-live.

Once you have received your account login details from NetSuite, our consultants will work with your project lead to arrange access for Blu Banyans team of functional, technical and customization consultants. We will undertake preliminary configurations to get your system to the point where we can commence functional configuration in line with the BRD plan.

The functional configuration phase is where we will map your business processes to NetSuite. This may include customizations or integrations with other software applications. Once we have configured NetSuite to meet your business needs, we will begin testing the system to ensure that it is working as expected.
Proof of Concept Demonstration
Proof of Concept Demonstration
Once we have completed the functional configuration and our own internal testing, we will invite you to a demonstration (Proof of Concept or POC) to show you how NetSuite will work for your business. This is an opportunity for you to see the system in action and ask any questions that you may have. It is also during this phase that we can identify any changes required and begin working on configuration amendments. Once your team are happy with the proof of concept, we will grant wider access to your users in preparation for the next steps.
User Acceptance Testing
User Acceptance Testing
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase is an opportunity for your team to test the system in a non-live environment and provide feedback on any areas that require amendment. This is also an excellent opportunity for your team members to start learning how to process transactions and update records in NetSuite. Our consultants will work with you to address any issues that are identified during this phase.
End User Training
End User Training
Once we have completed the UAT phase and addressed any issues that were raised, we will begin training your team on how to use NetSuite. This training can be delivered in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis, depending on your preferences. We will also provide you with training materials that you can refer to after the implementation is complete.
Go-Live and Support
Go-Live and Support
After the training is complete, we will work with you to schedule a date for your go-live. Once you have gone live, our team will be on hand to provide dedicated support for the first few weeks.
